1. General​

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”)  govern the purchase and use of membership plans (“Membership”)s offered by the Company operating under the brand VIMA CIRCLE (“VIMA CIRCLE”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1.2. By purchasing a Membership in VIMA CIRCLE (the “Membership”), you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreedto be legally bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, you must NOT proceed with the purchase or use of any Membership.
 

2. Eligibility & Use of Membership 

2.1. Memberships are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

2.2. Memberships are personal and non – transferable unless explicitly stated by Us.

 

3. Membership Plans & Benefits

3.1. Details of our Membership tiers, duration, and associated benefits are published on our website and may be updated from time to time.

3.2. Membership grants access to benefits and events determined by VIMA CIRCLE from time to time, including but not limited to:

Invitations to members-only events, exhibition previews, talks and tours; Access to exclusive content and communications curated by VIMA CIRCLE; Priority access to the VIMA Art Fair and related programs; Other benefits as announced in writing by VIMA CIRCLE.

3.3. The specific scope of benefits may vary year to year.
3.4. VIMA CIRCLE reserves the right to amend or replace the benefits without liability, provided the essence of the Membership remains intact.
 

4. Membership Term

4. 1. Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase (“Membership Year”).

4. 2. Membership does not renew automatically unless otherwise expressly stated at purchase.
 

5. Payments

5.1. Membership fees are payable in full at the time of purchase.

5.2. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5.3. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, and we do not store credit/debit card details.

5.4. Memberships is personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable except as required by Cyprus law or EU consumer protection rules..

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. You have the right to withdraw from the Membership within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period), provided you have not yet used any Membership benefits. In case of cancellation during the cooling – off period, we will proceed with full refund of the Membership fee.  

6.2. After the cooling-off period or after use of any benefit, Membership fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Events and Participation

7.1. VIMA CIRCLE may organize events in Cyprus and abroad (“Membership Events”). Attendance may require independent arrangements for travel, accommodation, or insurance, which remain your sole responsibility.

7.2. Membership Events may be cancelled without notice. In this case, our liability is limited to refund or rescheduling of the ticket (if applicable), but no other expenses including but not limited to travel expenses and accommodation. 

7.3. VIMA CIRCLE is not liable for cancellations or changes to events due to force majeure (including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).

7.4. By attending events, you consent to the use of your image, likeness and name in any promotional or documentation materials related to VIMA CIRCLE.

 

8. Member Conduct

8.1. Members shall respect the rules of conduct at all Membership Events.

8.2. VIMA CIRCLE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Membership, without refund, if a Member engages in unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Liability

8.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIMA CIRCLE shall not be liable for:

8.4. Personal injury, illness, or property damage or any other damage of whatsoever nature  arising from participation in Membership Events;

8.5. Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (venues, travel operators, etc.).

8.6. Any liability of VIMA CIRCLE for direct damage is limited to the total amount paid for your Membership in the current Membership Year.

Members participate in all events at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain personal travel and health insurance.

 

9. Privacy

9.1. Personal data provided for Membership is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable laws of Cyprus.

We may collect information such as your name, contact details and payment information which will be used solely for Membership administration, event management and communication. In case of any other use of your date, we will inform you in advance. Full details are set out in the VIMA Privacy Policy, available on request.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These T & Care governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T & C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

 

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These T & C constitute the entire understanding between the Member and VIMA CIRCLE.

11.2. VIMA CIRCLE may update these T & C  at any time by publishing a revised version on its official website.
